Sr Scrum Master
LOCATION: REMOTE but must live in CST
DURATION: 6+ Months CONTRACT TO HIRE
3-5 Must Haves (need to be highlighted in sizzle & present on resume)
Strong experience as a Scrum Master (ideally certified Scrum Master)
Release Management experience
Any retail / in store technology experience is a plus but not required
Prior experience as a developer is strongly preferred
Required Qualifications
5+ years as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Technical Project Manager in software engineering-with direct experience owning release management processes.
Technical literacy - CI/CD pipelines, API contracts, SQL, Cloud terminology.
Hands-on Azure DevOps experience (boards, dashboards, queries)
