Job Description: Ready to be at the heart of our chocolate creation process? We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated team member to coat our iconic treats in rich Sanders chocolate while keeping quality and throughput high. Operate & Troubleshoot: Master the operation of coating machinery and troubleshoot minor equipment issues on the spot to keep production moving smoothly. Keep It Sparkling: Safely use required cleaning chemicals to sanitize rotating coating pans, worktables, and production equipment. What We're Looking For: Proven Track Record: An excellent history of safety, attendance, and punctuality. Independent & Sharp: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work unsupervised and under pressure with basic math and writing skills.
